Long waits, luke warm Americano from sitting too long before serving, and prices seem higher than other Starbucks.
They do not fill up your cup! This is the four maybe even fifth, time I have had an issue with this Starbucks, not including all... my friends who have had the same problems. The baristas are not filling up the cup when ordering hot coffee drinks. There is afull inch of coffee missing in my tall Carmel brûlée coffee that I paid $5.17 for! This is ridiculous! I understand leavingroom for the whipped cream, but after the whipped cream melted, there was almost two inches of coffee missing in this cup! Read more
Front lady pretended she could not understand what i was ordering just because I was asian. I told her ?cold brew? at least 4... times and she still made me repeat myself with louder voice. Read more
Probably the most quintessential Starbucks you can get. On a university campus, intellectual clientele, attached art gallery,... outdoor balcony seating, wide-open floor plan, group seating, excellent wifi, open power outlets, and an efficient baristastaff. You couldn't ask for a better study or social atmosphere. Read more
The staff are pleasant and relatively quick. The food is mostly very good, and there is a decent selection of pastries and... sandwiches to chose from. My only complaint would be the availability of certain items, as the store seems to run out of stockvery quickly. Additionally, the Tapingo ordering system is almost always out of date. All and all a pleasant experience, but onewhich could use improvement. Read more
