This was a very embarrassing experience. Due to a fault in the system. The employees at Popeyes made it extremely difficult for... me to receive my food because my email had a ticket number and not my name. After showing proof that it was indeed my food. Theemployees still did not believe the food was mines an accused me of trying to steal the food due to a past situation that I wasnot apart of. After 20 minutes of back and forth discussion they finally gave me my food. The food was extremely cold due tothe time wasted. Highly recommend not to go this Popeyes. Read more

The food here was excellent! What impressed me most was the service we received from Francesca!!! She was very patient with me... and my three "very picky grandchildren" ???? who had never eaten there before and were having a difficult time deciding. Shetruly went above and beyond, and when I make another trip from Missouri to Daytona, I will definitely remember this as "A GreatPlace" for a good meal. Read more

I just left Popeyes. I have never seen such disrespect and rudeness in my whole life.The cashier cussing out customer telling... them to go to McDonald's down the road. I simply asked for a rag to wipe the dirty table and chair. I could not believe herresponse so I asked again and got totally ignored. I went outside and went back in she said the lobby is closed they are shortstaff. There were at least 5 workers . And a house full of bad attitude. There were 8 of us waiting to be acknowledged for morethan half an hour no one even looked at the people when someone said something he got cussed out by the disrespectful cashier.If the owner of Popeyes wants to keep this business going they need to fire all those rude staff and hire and train people whoare not lazy to do the job. I normally like this place but recently I came back after a while to hit some food. The staff were rude and disrespectful. When... another customer asked if they were taking orders at the counter after waiting for a good bit they yelled at the customer. Aftertelling them to go to another place if they do not like waiting. Then another person from the back came out to argue with thecustomer. We waited for a bit but eventually decide that we did not eat the food they were preparing. We left and the people infront of us still did not get service for a few minutes after we left the building. Read more

I ordered the 11 piece family meal cost $29.81 and I wanted 2 extra dipping sauce and a cup of ice they wanted to charge me for... the cup and sauce!! Really only allowed to have 2 sauces for 11 chickens and 4 people. That is crazy.. poor customer service fora customer that is purchasing. I will never come to this location again. Read more

The lobby is disgusting. Looks like the floor has NEVER been cleaned. The ceiling tile is badly molded. Staff is arguing and... yelling at each other. Hopefully the food is good and doesn?t get me sick. Will not return and do not recommend. Place needs tobe shut down and deep cleaned. Read more

Worst experience ever. Not only did I wait almost 30 minutes for 3 chicken sandwich combos but they were wrong. 2 were reg 1... spicy. Did not get a spicy. They gave me 2 meals had to tell them I was missing one and had to ask for cups for my drinks. Gofor drinks and no ice. And it was not worth my wait. Was not good I threw it away.
