The cashier was rude, disorganized. I left with my food in the bags she wanted to rudely take my receipt out of my bag then I... had to ask for it back. I had left with some of my food my Cinnabons and my 2 liter I ordered wasn?t with my food. I called thestore asking if they could refund me due to not receiving my 2 liter and my Cinnabons as I asked kindly. Cashier wanted to comeback with a rude comment telling me oh well you need to come back up to the store to receive the refund placed on my card. As Iwas informing I can?t tonight she wanted to hang up on me. How unprofessional I will never eat at that location ever again and Iwill advise any friends that also eat there to not go to that location. Due to poor customer service and not acknowledging thecustomers feelings or concerns. I do not understand how a card refund has to be processed involves me having to come back up tothe store. I had also informed corporate of the dissatisfaction of this location and how they treat there customers with suchdisrespect. The pizza is under cooked and tasted disgusting!!! I paid $60 for pizza's that I could not eat. My dipping sauce was not with... the bread sticks. I did not have time to drive back to Pizza Hut to complain. I will not order a pizza from Pizza Hut again.Also the cheese was all over the boxes. Very disappointing!! Read more
So, I just called the Pizza Hut at 1500 Beville Road (because the Pizza Hut on Dunlawton has ratings below my acceptable... standards) and Jennifer, who was taking my order (after pausing because "the computer screen froze up, as someone was "coachingher in the background), asked for my address (which is actually just a little over 4 miles from my house) responded, "Oh, wedon't deliver there, have you tried the Port Orange location?" The reason I called the Beville Road location was because theDunlawaton has such poor reviews!!! I am so absolutely done with Pizza Hut!! And you wonder why people are not morepatronizing. No wonder the "sit-in" restaurants are sitting empty and/or the property is on the market for sale. Modify, refineor develop a new mission and vision people!!! Upon ordering my pizza online and making payment, I arrived at the store only to be told that they were no longer making that... particular pizza. However, when visiting the website the next day, I was again able to order that exact pizza that my storetold me they were no longer making. This was not my first disappointment in the last few months, but it will be my last. Read more

Normally, I don't have an issue with this place, but last Super Bowl Sunday was horrendous. I ordered online and paid with my... card. The delivery guy claimed that we didn't pay, and the receipt said we were going to pay with cash. I showed him that mycard was already charged and the confirmation e-mail verified the payment. To delivery guy called the store to verify my claimand heard that I was correct. Then the guy wanted to take a picture of my credit card with his personal phone as proof of seeingthe card. I refused to allow him, and I signed the receipt without a tip. He gave me the food and left. When I opened the box,the pizza was crushed and sticking to the lid. The cheese sticks were burned. If you want quality pizza, order at a time whenthey won't be busy. Maybe then you will receive a product that was made with at least standard quality. Read more
