I go to this place all the time as I work across the street. In the last 6 months it has changed. When I order a salad, there... always out of croutons and bread. Maybe they should be more aware of their stock. Wasn't like this before, not sure whathappened. Read more

I may have to stop eating at Panera. This is a small Baja Bowl and not worth just over $10. And this was the one without... chicken! Fair price might be $7 to $8. Read more

The croissants were good, so was the soup bowl. But the charger just isn't made that weak at my local Panera. My Panera makes... it zing, sometimes with pulp. It's so good. This was sour kool-aid. But it was close enough to kill the craving. Staff wassuper nice, weird, no drive through. Read more

Amazing food and reasonably priced. Would recommend the cheesy broccoli soup with a bread bowl ????

The one star review is not due to quality of food. It is due to poor customer service, and not getting what you order. I have... placed a few delivery orders. Each time some item has been forgotten. The door dash driver said it was not given to him, tobring. The person at Panera verifying the order did not check off the beverage, so it gets here without the drink for the secondtime in a row. When you call and talk to a manager they will offer you a refund, but they can not send you the beverage. I am amember of their SIP CLUB so the drink is free. So now, there is nothing to refund, but I am still without the drink I ordered. So they offer you a promotion that they don't seem to have to ever deliver on or credit. If you want to preorder from them Isuggest you only pick the order up yourself. Otherwise if you do not get your entire order for delivery, you cannot get yourfood or beverage sent back out. Been to Panera breads all over Florida. I have to say, this really is not one of their better locations. Aside from the... bathrooms that need to be tidied up a bit more, the staff needs to inform customers when they are out of an item that isintegral to a salad one orders. I always get the green goddess Cobb. One of the ingredients, pickled red onions, gives the saladthe extra pizzazz it needs! Disheartening to wait in a long lunch line get the salad, get to the table and realize there are nored pickled onions on the salad. Waiting again in line to ask someone why my salad had no red onions, only to be told that theywere out of them and there?s a red onion shortage in the United States. That would?ve been nice to know when placing my order.???? Read more

We absolutely love any of these places! Fresh baked goods and super clean building. Lots of indoor seating and many groups here.... It?s a great place to hang out and connect to wifi. The restrooms are generally clean and I like the bulletin boards that showlocal things going on in the city. We always get toasted bagels and pecan pralines. Read more

Ate here last August. I usually stay away from Panera as I thought it woudl be overpriced for dry sandwiches but I was really... surprised at their beef and rice bowl and their cookies. The bowl tasted fresh, broccoli was definitely fresh and not soggy.Well-cooked rice and quinoa, that came with a hearty slice of spongy yet crisp-crust bread. I also had a kitchen sink cookie andman that was good. HUGE, gooey dough and chocolate chips. Will come back. Read more
