Don't think I've ever had to wait sooo long just to be acknowledged by a server. Close to a 20 minute wait after being seated... before we were even acknowledged. It wasn't even busy, The food was bland. Over the past few years Olive Garden has declined.Time to move on. Read more

Service was awesome! We celebrated my daughter's 18th there. Soup doesn't taste as it use to. Gnocchi was the best part. Chicken... tasted like it came from a can. Breadsticks were great. Not enough sauce on your red sauce dishes. Overall a once a year thingfor me that's about it. Read more

Location, restaurant and server (Shelby), are excellent! Food, however, was OK. The Zuppa Toscana soup? Very good. I had the... only GF soup available. I've not been to any OGIR for more than ten years and on this visit, nothing has improved. The GF pastastill has a bland/not fully cooked taste. Manager and staff were on point and tried to make it right so kudos for that. I justwish they had more varieties. The bread! If only the had GF bread. That would go excellent with the Zuppa Toscana soup. Read more

Really good everything came out hot and perfect just out of order. So we got our appetizers, then our main meal and then our... salads, we didn't mind at all if anything we didn't fill up on salad and the meal was super yummy!
