I haven't tried crystals in a really long time so I came here to try it. The cheeseburger is a little soggy and I asked for no... onions and they still put onions on it. The cashier needs to run a little bit of customer service because he had a :-( and nogreetings just gave it to you with a serious face did not look very welcoming. The chicken sandwich was dry like it wasovercooked and I need a little more mayonnaise on it. The french fries are heart attack waiting to happen. I spend almost $15 onthis meal the only thing good about it was the soda. It was not worth $15. At best $3 not more than that for the quality and theway the foods were cooked I say not more than $3 for this meal. Read more
The staff there is very nice and works very hard.. Unfortunately, there's just not enough of them to provide adequate... service. Don't bother ordering online and paying the service fee. We ordered ahead of time and it said it would take 15 minutesbut it took almost 30 minutes of waiting in the drive thru after arrival 15 minutes after placing the order. We ordered in a d was great, but ordered to go and 1/3 of or order was missing 6 k burgers without onion or pickles. We live 25... min. away. I asked if all was there and was told yes. Sometimes I just need to get some Krystal burgers! I absolutely love the steamed buns and the taste just isn't matched, except... White Castle which have their own unique deliciousness! This place was unfortunately very understaffed. No surprise, welcome tothe new world of low end worker shortages.
