A very disappointing experience food-wise. My burgers were seriously over-cooked and dry, and the bun flat. The hot dog bun was... dry. Fries were hot and fresh, and the shake was as expected. Service was decent. Probably not a place I'll return to. Read more
Just don't do it. I ordered Bacon cheese tots as an appetizer, a burger with salad instead of fries. After a considerable... wait, I received a burger with chilli cheese tots instead of an appetizer to share. I asked about the salad but said never mindsince the tots were on my plate. Burger under cooked, should have been bacon tots but since the wait was so long, I wasn'tgoing to complain. Bill came and was charged for the meal and an appetizer. This place is disgusting, they guy cooking the food has on gloves and playing with his ears and then rubbed his noise then... picked up some beef jerky out his pocket and continue to handle the food without changing gloves and nobody said anything noteven the manager. Thank God I saw all that, so we told the manager (an older lady) look at us like we said something wrong,everybody need to be fired jeopardizing people's health especially with this COVID out. This was Sunday July 10 and I drove fromOrlando just for that burger and it was cold which I don't know how cause he just cooked it, then we had to send the fries andonion rings back cause they was cold. But get this, the manager comes and scoop the fries and onion rings off our plate with herhands like we were trying to get over on her, Really? It was the worst experience ever and the place is very dirty, it's not agood look being it's on the beach. Someone send in the health inspector please before someone get sick. This place has become my staple restaurant to visit whenever I attend the CEO event in June. I love the burgers, fries, shakes,... and service. Also got to try their BBQ ranch for the first time which I wholly recommend. Please open up a location in Augusta,GA! Read more
