Once I saw an roofing advertisement for Jimmy John's for my hotel directly across the street I knew I had to at least give it a... try. I ended up coming here and bringing my sandwiches back to the hotel multiple times during my stay. The sandwiches werealways delicious and they were never sparse with giving meat. Read more

So twice we went, twice we got no food because each time they seriously closed early like before 8:00 two different workers.On... bike week probably should stay open till atleast 10:00. Came in a few minutes before closing, which I always feel bad when they are trying to clean up to get home. Anyway, they still... took us in, (along with another couple who I told about JJ?s), made great sandwiches for us, and great conversation while makingthe sandwiches. I ordered online and asked for my sandwich to not have tomato or mayo. When I received the sandwich it had tomato and mayo. I... called the store and the woman who answered was very rude but said they would send another sandwich out without tomato or mayoand hung up on me as I was thanking her. I called back to get the clerks name and she wouldn?t give it to me. She said if thisis Justin I was calling to let you know that we need the original sandwich back when we deliver the new one. I already had itwaiting to give back to them. I told her that and asked her name again. Finally, she said her name was rose and I asked to speakto the manager. I explained to him what happened and told him I was a manager at a nearby hotel and that I would never treat anyof my guests the way rose treated me. I told him he could thank her for the business loss because my hotel will no longerrecommend them to our guests and won?t allow our employees to receive delivers from them. Read more
Either the guy working the counter hated his life or he was racist and honestly after seeing how he treated the white customers... after us ima assume racist, didn?t wanna take our order the whole time didnt ask us if we wanted a combo or anything just stoodthere acting like we were bothering him by going there, then right before I need to pay the phone rings and he just walks away.Never comes back if there wasn?t another girl there that rang me up I might still be waiting to pay.
