Bread was a bit hard but still a good sub. Line moved quickly and lunch was a success.

It would be wise to venture to a different Jersey Mike?s location. I placed an online order at 11:30 and it wasn?t ready until... 12:02. If I didn?t say something it would have taken even longer. I asked if they followed a queue system and the woman didn?tunderstand the question. I asked because it would have been faster for me to wait in the physical line since all of thoseindividuals got there food quicker, this was on top of being past my pick up time that the website gave me. Defeats the purposeof ordering ahead and the investment the company made for this tool. I will no longer venture to this location and hope theowner takes on a more active role at this location. Always friendly employees and great, fresh selection of meat and vegetables. I usually come here to get a free regular-sized sub... due to my birthday. My order consists of wheat bread, provolone, roast beef, lettuce, tomato, onions, honey mustard and packetsof mayo on the side. Whenever I visit it's usually freezing cold, though. Jersey Mikes First clean restaurant 2nd Great Custumer service I would totally give them 5-stars if there prices were not so... high! Let?s be real there Giant is a foot long not a actual Giant!!! I had the philly cheese steak it was good but I candefinitely get that same taste a lot cheaper elsewhere!! It was a philly cheese steak nothing special Spent almost 17$ for onefootlong philly! It was a huge surprise to find a sub shop with gluten free rolls. This is a wonderful find! The sub was super large & filled... with fresh cut deli meats & the extras looked fresh & newly sliced.
