Extremely rude waitress! After waiting in front for 15 minutes we sat ourselves down since no one acknowledged we were even... there we figured we must have to seat ourselves. That is one the waitress told us that we Had to wait to be seated if we didn'tlike that we can go elsewhere. There is no sign saying wait to be seated we were not acknowledged for 15 minutes what are yousupposed to think even most to think even if she was busy she could at least said something like letting us know we needed towait to be seated. She then stated there was one waitress in 1 cook but there was only 2 tables occupied. She needs to work onher customer service skills Her comment was extremely rude and she has a nasty attitude if I do go back to this ihop it will beduring the day with a with a more pleasant weight staff never again at night. If you're mentally ill, this is the perfect place to consume 2-2.5 chocolate chip pancakes (they're quite large) before... venturing to the nearby cinema to watch whatever pseudo-intellectual drivel A24 has most recently released. As a tourist with a baby who wakes up early, I spent two mornings here with good and welcoming service. This morning we were... told we cannot sit in the same place as previously because "I cannot serve you there". This was said in a rude manner and withno attempt to excuse or explain This was the same spot recommended both previous mornings by nice staff wanting to get less a/con ny baby. We left and will not come back after such rude and unpleasant behaviour. Read more
Wow the smallest IHOP I've ever eaten in..server's were great, but eggs were sorry , I ordered scrambled but they came out thick... like some kind of a cake. Sausage was salty..my goodness I couldn't eat it. Busy place, nice server's but the food was not to myliking, sorry. Read more
