This place has good food and the customers to the customer service makes your heart melt and feel like ur back home again

We go once a week to this place. However, when we arrived tonight, we noticed all chairs were up on the tables. It was 7 pm, so... we asked the employees if they were closing. One of the ladies replied "we close at 8, but..."... insinuating that it was toolate for us to stay. An older lady said "no, it won't take that long, you're good ". I enjoy this place very much it's clean the bathrooms are clean. The people have good customer service skills. They make your... food fresh and hot. This I enjoy very much. I like this Firehouse Sub because they put crushed pickles on the inside of mysandwich as well as solid pickles on the outside. Not all Firehouse Subs does that but this one does and I like this one verymuch. Read more

I just visited the Firehouse on 2525 W International Speedway near Ormond. To say I was not satisfied would be an... understatement. I ordered a simple Turkey sub with cheese and mayo. Also, a side of Mac and Cheese for $4.19 I asked for cheeseTHREE times. Needless to say, I got home and NO cheese. In fact, barely any Turkey. Then I went to enjoy my Mac and cheese onlyto discover the container was HALF full! Horrible dining experience to say the least. Read more
