The food was good. The lady that took our order was nice too. She just wouldn't speak clearly enough to be understood. She... had on a face mask, but by the way she wore it, it wasn't doing any good. It was covering her mouth just enough to make it hardto understand her when she spoke. Read more

A good stop for a delicious butter burger and fries, on my visit I had the Culvers deluxe butterburger and crinkle fries with a... sweet tea, it was delicious and was made to order pretty fast, the dine in experience was great as well and the dinning room wasclean and all condiments, utensils, napkins and soda choices were stocked. Culver's this restaurant is better than all the other fast food restaurants. The food always comes out hot and good the people... are nice the service is good and you're not sitting and waiting for your food for very long. Parking lot is clean and big enoughfor this fast food restaurant. Restaurants very clean on the inside bathrooms are clean. I think it's a little bit high pricefor the food but I do enjoy the food. So I still recommend this restaurant for fast food. Read more
I have been seeing the Culver?s commercials on tv since December and thought I would give it a try. I went through the drive... through at 12:30. They had two cashier sitting under a tent by the menu board to take orders. Since they did not get up oraddress me I did not know they were the order takers. I order two of the spicy chicken sandwich combos with sweet tea. Thecashier took my order and my debit card payments. A sign was on the drive through window saying, pull forward. Two cars wereparked at the end. The order came out within several minutes. The women delivering the order was red in the face and sweaty. Ido no remember if she spoke to me or thanked me. The sweet tea was good but the cup was full of ice and the straw did not wantto push through the ice to the bottom of the cup. I grabbed a few fries from the bag, they were crinkle cut and hot. They werenot salted or very lightly salted. I looked in the bag for some salt, no salt. There was ketchup, but I do not usually useketchup. I finished the fries and open the spicy chicken sandwich. The chicken patty was thin and dry. The bun was nice butwas crumbling, thank goodness for the bag inside the box. The sandwich had shredded lettuce and tomatoes but no mayonnaise. The sandwich and the chicken were dry and no mayonnaise was in the bag, neither the order taker or the delivery person mentionedthe sandwich was dry and did not come with condiments. Before I finished the dry sandwich my tea was finished. I still had halfa cup of ice but no tea. I will probably try them again but may dine in so I can actually see the menu and ask questions. I stopped in for a burger for my son and chicken tenders for my daughter. I just got fries. But after the meal, we ordered some... frozen custard. I was disappointed to see that my daughter tried to order a cone with sprinkles and they wouldn?t do that. Idon?t know how hard it is to pour sprinkles over a cone but we had to go with a cup. Well see the pic below that we had to pay$2.89 + 40¢ for the sprinkles. So little custard in the bowl! Totally not worth it! I should have just asked for a side ofsprinkles and let her get her cone. The first guy who took our order was really nice and the second guy kinda lacked in thepersonality department as for customer service. But the burger was good and the fries were hot and fresh. She said the tenderswere good. I?d come back but definitely wouldn?t be paying over $3 for a tiny bit of custard again. And the pic actually makesit look a lot better than it was as in size. Double check your order before you pull away from the drive thru. I'm at this Culver's two times a week. The food is good and... the place appears clean. However, they have an extreme problem delivering what you order. This is the fifth and final time Ihave not received what I ordered. I usually stop on the way home from work between 9:40 to 10:30. Tonight I arrived about 10:50PM. I placed the first part of the order without incident. I then ordered a bacon double cheeseburger sandwich only, all theway. The response I received was do you want a double or a single? I said double. I was then asked if I wanted a basket. I saidsandwich only. I understand they are following the company script but listening is paramount here. If they want to upsell methat's fine if they can listen to what I'm saying. As I explain what want it would be nice if they listened. I pulled to thewindow and paid and received the drink. I received my order and drove home. When I arrived home I opened the bag and found thefirst half of the order was correct. I opened up the bacon double cheeseburger all the way and found it was a single burger. Iknew something was up when the burger was in a wax wrap instead of a box. I checked the receipt and I was charged for adouble. Of all nights I was quite hungry and I received not what ordered. This is extremely frustrating at the pricesrestaurants are charging these days. One night I arrived home to find out my burger did not have a top bun! I was astonishedand clearly do not understand how this happened. Three other times upon checking my order I received a single instead of adouble. I called one night and asked to speak to the person in charge of the shift. The person answering said one moment and putme on hold. After 10 minutes I hung up the phone as no one ever picked up.
