They made me wait 15 minutes for brown and white rice. This is completely unacceptable and not professional. Is this how you... treat your customers , when there is an imminent threat to humanity due to a natural calamity. When the rice finally came out,is was way too overcooked. They really need to have more staff. The food was great but they only had 3 people and the poor cashier was going back and forth... checking people out and doing the online orders. There was a line almost out the door and there was only one person preparingpeoples food and one person cooking more food. They?re severely understaffed. I felt bad for the workers. Read more

Service was a little off tables and serving counter was not cleaned off but the chips were stale how is that poss, what, are... they made the night before. And we wanted Mexican cokes and they said they didn't have any the second we sat down they broughtthem out. Lack of communications btwn employees or just poor service. Filthy tables and chairs. My wife had to wash them down so we could sit. Not one employee offered to help. This is a reflection... of the owner, in my opinion. Cleanliness should be emphasized. Food we order was tasty. Good portions. Staff was polite. No onein management directed employees to clean when the customers line was short. Music was ok kinda loud. See photos. Napkins stockwas empty. No forks to use. I had to use a spoon. A sad visit overall. To compare, Chik fil A has a cleaner on the floorconstantly and the restaurant is immaculate. Read more
