Worst Chipotle I have ever been to. Ordered online and when I got home they gave me .3 of a portion even on the items I ordered... extra of. The rice was hard and not cooked fully. Please view the photo attached for context. When I had to inconveniently cameback to get a new bowl they tried giving me dry pasty pinto beans and were side eying me and extremely unapologetic. If I wasconsidering ordering at this Chipotle I would look else where and spend your money elsewhere. Read more

The chipotle on international has a terrible employee. She is Caucasian girl about 5?5 with black hair. She normally wears a... black visor, black apron and has black hair. Big purple android always in her back left pocket. Has a body built like an iPhone.She has opened both Saturday and Sunday Nov 5th and 6th 2022. She is extremely rude, has poor communication skills and alwaysskimps my food. Body shaped like a wisdom tooth. She makes my bowls fit to satisfy a 2 year old. I?m not looking for a happymeal. Fill my bowl up( especially when i tell you I?ll pay whatever it costs). Remove her from the food lines. Put her in theback somewhere she doesn?t have to interact with customers. She is going to be the cause of your business plummeting if youallow her to continue treating your customers as such. When she put the rice at the bottom of my bowl i can literally see halfof the paper bottom of my bowl. When i addressed her about it she complained and ignored the fact that i said i would pay tohave her fill my bowl correctly. If i could rate your restaurant 0 stars i would?on account of her. Moving forward let?s dobetter and make better choices on who you put out in front to serve your loyal paying customers. Maybe move her to cleaningdetail like mopping. It would be an upgrade for us customers if you put someone else up there on the front lines serving us ourfood. Someone with sense, manners, good customer service skills and communication skills. Why is this location even still open?! Went here today on my lunch break for two veggie bowls. First they were out of fajita... veggies ?which made no sense at 1pm in the afternoon, they attempted to give me one container of guacamole for both my bowls.And I leave here today and start eating my lunch only to find that the brown rice was raw. Are you kidding me? The most annoyingpart is that I can?t go back in person, and apparently this restaurant staff doesn?t take calls?.their phone system isautomated. It?s pretty ridiculous. This restaurant, is cutting back on the items you have put on your burritos/salad, etc. They are now adding 2 spoonfuls of rice... and about half of a spoonful of other toppings. I get queso on my burrito each time...pay $1.45 and barely get anyanymore...charge me more and give me what I'm paying for. My husband likes cilantro in his...no charge for this...but u barelyget any of this anymore either...he had to ask for 'extra' (he was already getting EXTRA). Got the new chicken meat as a burrito but I think the rice was not completely cooked because it was too crunchy and the pinto... beans could have been cooked longer as well. Still a great food spot and I will return just no beans or rice Read more

Slowest Chipotle I've ever been to. Also every indoor dining table was dirty and all the napkin dispensers were empty. Lines... were long and grew longer. This was a little after 8pm on a Monday night. Read more

My first time here. The staff was so very helpful. I got a steak burrito. Never have I had such a wonderful meal in a fast food... place. The burrito was made right in front of me exactly as I wanted it! Yum yum yum! The place is clean and we'll staffed! Read more
