Poor service 20 mins before closing understand some things may not be available i.e. ice cream due to cleaning machine but fast... food should not be one of them its called fast food for a reason. The automated drive thru lady is a wonderful thing though sheunderstood everything we requested and even told us the ingredients on the loaded fries. Read more

When the order is fresh and correct its a great experience, but more often than not, the order is wrong and missing items and/or... not even warm. Not to mention the staff just let's all sorts of questionable people sit outside on the tables all hours of thenight passed out or passing out about to hit their heads on the table. Liability issue if you ask me, but when you say somethingabout it they ignore you. I hope nothing happens to any customers or the loitering parties due to negligence of management. The service was lacking involvement with the customer, they've switched the intercom so now you don't talk to a person but a... robot and once you are at the window you realize the robot has more of a personality than the person serving you. The food wasokay. Pretty much normal for a checkers. One health violation that I witnessed, was the person serving me my food who was alsomaking the drinks stepped on some condiment that was on the ground use the napkin to remove it, and proceeded without washinghis hands to put the lid on my drink. Needless to say I didn't drink the drink but rather than start controversy at the window Idecided to give this review. Read more
I would give this place minus stars if possible. I ordered online because I had groceries in the car. Got to the pickup window... and sat there almost 20 minutes with nobody even acknowledging me being there. I finally started beeping my car horn to get someattention. At least 3 of 4 employees that I saw looked in my direction and couldn't take 10 seconds to find out why I'd beensitting there so long. When someone did finally show up and I expressed my feelings about cold food, I got a "I'm sorry and havea nice day". I even tipped the restaurant...I won't be making that mistake again. If you want food from this place just go tothe drive tru and wait. I watched 9 cars get their food before I did! Read more
Absolutely abysmal. Never had a worse experience in fast food service. We were in line 45 minutes. We ordered two sundaes. When... we got to the window only one was prepared. Crackheads panhandling in the drive thru, a line of people at the front with messedup orders. When you look inside there?s 4 people just standing there doing nothing. Terrible. I use to go occasionally and got ok food and mediocre service, the automated ordering system robot lady is more polite, friendly... and pleasant than the actual workers but it is not always correct and can mess your order up. the last time I went to checkersto get a quick meal and I paid from one window and I literally had to loop around to the opposite side get in a longer line topick up my order at the other window!!! It is not a quick meal when you have to wait twice! Not sure if it is still like thisbut it left a bad taste and I haven?t been back since. Read more
Ordered sweet potato fries & regular fries. The cars in front took a bit longer than expected and my order was in. The last... thing I wanted are warm fries. Sure shot, they were, not only warm but what a skimpy order. $5.worth, and no more than 6oztotal. Read more
