Great food, unprofessional staff. I don't think this franchise group requires their managers to be corporate trained and... certified. What I don't understand is why the dining room is always closed. Is this franchise not looking to make money byhaving having guest dine in? Rather drive down to Famous Philly's on International. Read more

I've been there a few times, you need to hire people who don't have attitude I had a young man named Vance wait on me, on the... receipt it says, Ambryka, she was there but didnt wsit on me, he needs an attitude adjustment, very ignorant, the time beforethat I ordered a cheese steak with, just onions I get home there's mushrooms and green peppers on it if I didn't go to NewSmyrna to eat I would of brought it back, guess I won't be going there again, you don't hardly get any steak in the sandwich Read more

I don't like being scammed. I got this at the door and I walked to the register and the manager told me you have to order a... medium sandwich not small to get this. where does it say in the fine text that it has to be in medium or large sandwich. It'sspecifically says with purchase of any cheese steak you will get a regular fries and regular drink excluding gourmet . Only ordered from here twice, especially because it was conveniently located within the entrance of Walmart. Their philly... cheesesteak is decent, but I give them high praises for having .79 cents per chicken wing on Mondays and Tuesdays. I thinkthat's a good deal given the economy and market these days for wings. Got the thai chili kind, 10 total. Read more

EDIT: ORIGINAL 1 STAR REVIEW NOW CHANGED TO 5 STARS: After the District Manager, Amir, called me and we spoke on the phone I... thought it important to update my review. As I previously said in my last review I had been to this location three differenttimes and never had a problem. Amir assured me he would coach to the manager that was on duty- and even though I profusely toldhim I was not looking for a refund (as I still ate the sandwich and still to what extent I could enjoy it) he offered to rectifythe situation by making me a new sandwich next time I?m in that location. I will definitely go back to this location as I stilllove the food- thank you Amir for giving the associates the justice and allowing me to speak on their behalf based on myexperience! ORIGINAL REVIEW BELOW I will preface my review by saying I?ve ordered to-go from this location three previous timesand never had a problem. However, today when I placed my pickup order (scheduled for 12:45) I didn?t receive my food until 1:00.One would assume this would be the issue- but quite the contrary! I understand lunch rushes and have no problem waiting. Theissue was the manager on duty who was SO RUDE to her employees. I witnessed her not only yell at the other two employees butbelittle them in front of customers. I was absolutely appalled- she spoke to them through her teeth, told them not to ask heragain about pickup orders (lack of communication) and yelled at this poor kid claiming he ?skipped an order? when he didn?t andhe even proved it and all she said was ?oh? and didn?t even apologize. She was the one who made my sandwich (which I paid forextra chicken and cheese, and a side of ranch that I clearly did not receive) and threw my sandwich on the counter. I hope theseemployees learn the value of their work and that this manager earns a lesson in proper and appropriate workplace communication. Read more

I ordered my food and the cashier was nice I told him I need only mayo he turned around and told the manager that I need only... mayo the manager had the bread ready with everything on it and instead of replacing it and doing it correct he gave me asandwich with everything on it and kept staring at me. What a waste of time and that manager needs to have better customerservice experience because I will not go back there again. I wish I could give them a zero star rating. Tighten up charleys.Hire better people who care about customers. And really listen. Read more

the food was alright, good, but nothing spectacular. we ordered online and the website is easy to use but when we got our food... and opened it I was truly disappointed. We paid $2 for a few soggy fries (we hadn?t eaten any of them when I took this picture)and overall it was way overpriced for what we got. The staff was friendly though, my only complaint is the price for theportions. Read more

We went and I got a 4 piece with fries, the lady at the counter is super nice but the food wasn?t the greatest at all. The fries... were good but the wings the inside doesn?t really look like chicken tbh. It also kinda tastes like wet paper consistency. Thesauce was pretty good tho but the wings themselves were a no go.???? Definitely not worth the almost 30 dollars we paid in myopinion. Read more
