I work near by and used to come here a lot. The management continues to change and the quality goes Dien every single time. The... new management has made sure I won't come back. I went there 2 days ago and bought a whopper combo, but they were out offries..( things Happen) but I didn't receive a discount for not getting my full meal. So I asked since I'm not getting fries, can I get mozzarella sticks. She not only charged me FULL value instead of part of the combo but didn't even consider offeringas a substitute. The food quality was beyond the worst I've had here. Cold and old. I used to come there a few times a weekbut due to quality and horrible customer drive l service from the NEW MANAGEMENT, I will NEVER come back. I will get JimmyJohn's. I also am leadership in the marketing department for a resort and will NEVER recommend this food to anyone. Worst fast food place I?ve ever been to. Waited at the window for 10 minutes without ever being acknowledged, finally went... inside to be told they ONLY had whoppers and tater tot?s. So either the manager really dropped the ball and didn?t order any oftheir food to be in stock OR the manager was off duty and the employees are lazy and lied. I ordered for a party of 3. The next order 1 person. The one after that was a party of 12. I literally stood there and watched... them prepare my entire order aside from my fries (as my double whopper was with ketchup and and mustard only) and it sat therein a bag for 15 minutes waiting on them to add fries but they never did. After they gave the order AFTER me, that had 11 ordersof fries in it and my burgers were obviously getting cold in the bag, I demanded a refund for my 32.00 dollar order. Never thought I would say this was very skeptical with a 2 1/2 star rating. However, the night shift here is amazing service... ????????! And really good food for the price.
