This person who took my order didn't asked if wanted sauce for my nuggets, he was rude. Someone should report this place, ... because I bent down to grab a piece of paper I seen lots of dirt. I hope they get shut down. Oh, my mom was trying to getsome cheese sticks, the guy said we don't have them. I am like they don't have nothing to eat. I used to really enjoy going to the Burger King about 5 months ago but it's changed since then the workers have changed and so... is the environment.... Definitely not the same friendly experience I used to have. I came with my friend and we had twoseparate orders and they told us that we was not allowed to have two separate orders we had to order one order because he was inone car but yet we are two different people with two different credit cards. I waited 10 minutes and there is a black lady as cashier she told me that we are 2 people in this store I have to take care... drive through so I can't take your orders then I said I m going to wait and she told me that dont wait in here. When I say Iwant to talk with store manager she refused to service to me than treat me to call police. After 2 minutes she lefted thecashier than call other customers in the restaurant line behind me. At the same time she take care of more than 5 drive throughorders when I was still waiting in the line. Next week I m going to travel to this store again then I am going to find the storemanager and they are going to apologize me face to face because of their employees rude behaviours.Is it clear? No stars. This is the SECOND time in a week I have been there and my order has been wrong. I?m being charged extra for cheese... that?s not EVER on my sandwich. Then I come through and you don?t have change! Like?.what do you have?? The first time you hadno bacon or cheese but charged me. This time you had no cheese or change to give me back. Just close this location. When it is open, the service is trash. Waiting in drive through for 15 minutes and the car at the... speaker still had not ordered. Pulled around for my husband to go inside to order. While waiting in the car, two employees wereoutside smoking. Another two pulled up and joined them smoking. Another employee came outside smoking a blunt and yelling. After15 minutes inside, my husband came out with the food. I later found out that the employee that came out with the blunt is themanager. My husband had to request for our breakfast sandwiches be reheated because they were cold. Horrible experience. Do notrecommend. Read more
Overall great experience at the drive-thru at this Burger King. There were two vehicles ahead of me when I ordered my food. I... waited less than five minutes to get my Whopper Jr. The young lady at the window was friendly, professional and very efficient.I do not work here and I am not from this area. Employees had a small alick attitude. I guess they didn't like me. There was zero customers except me. They made me wait 10... minutes for me food. The food was correct but it was cold like they either didn't cook it or they let it sit until it got cold.I not happy with this Burger King. Read more
