Love the experience here. Im a fan of BK so I've visited most of them in Daytona Beach.. The best customer service, friendly... managers and employers are here. This one was my 2nd time there. The food it's always hot and fresh. We really feel welcome bythem and enjoy our lunch. Very kind and fun employees. Congrats! If I could give zero I would. First the employee was talking to someone else while trying to take my order. He was very rude. I... ordered a 3pc French toast sticks which I had to repeat 3 times because he was talking and couldn't hear me. A large hash brownand a ham egg and cheese croissant meal. Then I get my food notice I have 3 orders or 3pcs French toast sticks and missing ahash brown. since my order wasn't repeated back I didn't know I was charged for 3 and i didn't think to look at my reciept tosee if he got the few things I ordered. When I went back to get the problem fixed he gave me attitude but then eventually justgave me a refund and my order of hashbrowns. When I started to eat the new hash browns I just got are still frozen in the centerand I had to put my sandwich in the microwave when I got home just so I could eat something. My 2 year old wont even eat herfrench toast sticks they look over cooked or just plain crusty and old. So out of all the food I ordered I got to eat a coldsandwich and a few hashbrowns my daughter let me have since mine were still frozen. Disgusted. Disappointed. And hungry. Read more
I ordered a whopper and a small fry and it was cold but the sandwich was cold all the the way through now my stomach is not... feeling well. I occasionally love those Whoppers!! The staff is extremely positive..and overall a good experience. I had received the wrong... food order however the staff insisted on comping our meal on Burger King. I still love those pudding pies they selltoo..omg the only reason they did not receive a 5 ? is over cleanliness of the facility! Read more
