This location is terrible! Servers are extremely rude, slow, poorly make food, give incorrect orders, and increased prices. A... mobile order took extremely long to receive. Best cinnamon sugar pretzel bites I have ever had at any Auntie Anne's chain.

Not quite sure what the previous negative reviews were about but I have been to this Auntie Anne?s location a few times and... never had issues. The pretzels are some of the best soft pretzels I have had from a quick service and almost always are fresh.The staff have always been friendly and quick in my experiences. I think most of the issues are from the customers themselves.As a customer myself I have been in there while some customers are just blatantly rude to the staff or ask if the pretzels arehot not even a few minutes of them being out of the oven and then complain about it. They?re also short staffed like everywhereelse is and working with what they can so unnecessary comments are ridiculous and ignorant. Wish some of the general publicwould chill. It?s pretzels. First time customer. It seemed like we were a bother to the cashier. They were out of marinara. Again a bother while we... decided how we wanted to change our order. Michelle, the lady to the right with her mask on her chin is SUPER RUDE! She?s supposed to be making pretzels, but she?s really... confusing the customers by listening to the guest as they speak to the cashier and giving them a reply by half hearing theconversation m! This was the worst auntie Anne?s experience, ever! If you look closer the workers behind Michelle are also notwearing a mask; in fact, the only worker wearing a mask was the cashier.
