Fast food done right. The service is fast. The selection and quality of food items is great.... unless you are a vegan. ... Smokehouse sandwich is tasty and on par with bbq restaurants. Food was okay. Service and charging more than menu is the problem here! I was told I had to wait 7 minutes for fries and they... are out of au jus sauce. I was then told the higher price was due to "inflation" with a smug attitude from the heavyset younggirl even though the old price is still on the drive thru menu. Don't think I'll be going to this Arby's again. People willeventually go elsewhere when confronted with bad service, over pricing and inept management. Read more
The only reason I give a 1 star is there is no minus sign! The manager on duty at this location on 9/19/2022 at 1:30 pm is the... rudest, most obnoxious, belittling person ever and has no business being a manager. I know times are tough but Arbys shouldn?thire out of desperation. The manager served rotten meat and molded cheese on a stale bun and immediately got defensive, and rudewhen my husband asked for his money back or a fresh sandwich. He said insulting words to my disabled husband and refused toexchange the sandwich or pay back because my husband took a bite. That?s exactly how he discovered the meat and cheese was bad.The employees seem to be abused by this man s well with comments they made about him as well. Arby's has been getting better and better in recent years. I grew up going to them and always loving it. The classic roast beef... with loads of Arby's sauce on it, is the go to. I have to only give 3 stars to this particular Arby's because me and my brotherboth ordered classic sandwiches but they gave us beef and cheddar instead. I arrived at 12:30 and the restaurant was full. People were standing at the pickup area asking for napkins. The girl at the... counter saying they are in the bags. I went on to order. The order taker was polite and fast since I knew what I was ordering. I went to find a table while I was waiting. There was only one and it was dirty. Eventually someone else left and I tooktheir dirty table. I could see other customers cleaning off dirty tables and asking the girl at the pickup counter for napkins. Again I could hear her say ?They are in your bag?. People were using their only napkin in their bag to wipe off the tables sothey could sit and eat their food. The girl called my name and I went up and asked for extra napkins to wipe off the table. Shesaid ?they are in the bag?. Arby?s is almost always has good food. The food here was good but the dining room was dirty andthe girl at the pickup counter would not give extra napkins to customers so they could wipe off tables that should have beensanitized. Surprisingly good! I do not venture to fast food joints too often because so many are just bad and very poorly managed. This was... a nice surprise. I used to eat Arby's pretty regular years ago. The standard roast beef sandwich were always my go to. Got the 4pack and curly fries. Very tasty and well put together. Also, the leftover ones reheat very nicely for lunch the next day. Ithink I will be stopping by much more often. I mean, dinner for two with a leftover sandwich for lunch the next day for fifteendollars and it was good.
