Went on the drive thru tonight on my way out of town. The order was completely wrong. I proceeded to ask for a full refund... because I typically don?t believe in sending food back. However this visit was a very different experience - the manager(who Ibelieve was the manager) very calmly said to me how can I fix it what is it supposed to be? Let me make it right for you so youget a nice meal tonight. I thought how can I say no, he asked me to write down what it was supposed to be and he fixed it! Themeal was delicious, hot fresh and he has no idea that I would normally NEVER eat the replaced food. But this time I did. Way togo Arbys!!! Great job!! Great Customer Service!! Read more
For being very short staffed, the Employees were extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean.
