Usually very good but tonight they let me down big time, I don't know what type of generic quality food you all served to me... tonight but it wasn't the normal quality or even close to the quality you all normally serve at all. Everything was smallerportions from the sandwich, to even these super small mozzarella sticks. This is literally the 1st time in many decades I got something that was less than Arby's usual high standards: the fish and... chips. The fish pieces were small, overcooked, dry. The fries were awful & seemed like they were defrosted frozen bagged fries wno flavor. Very surprised and disappointed w Arby's. Could never get these again! Arby's shd do much much better. Read more
Forgot my phone here, looked at find-my-iphone and life360 to find it, it was at arbys. The arbys employees told me they didn't... have it. I asked my daughter to ping the phone, and surprise surprise, the employees lied and actually had it. I should havecalled the cops. Hopefully I can protect others from this situation by calling a regional manager and making sure theseemployees are fired. Read more
We eat at Arby?s regularly, not very often do we ever have to send anything back or ask for anything to be fixed, but today I am... so severely disappointed in the Arby?s we ate at that I almost don?t ever want to eat at another one. We ordered in the drivethru, the same thing we order every time we go to Arby?s, I received some sort of sandwich overloaded with Mayo, older lunchmeat (turkey meat was undesirable to say the least and the bacon was burnt it was hard to bite) loaded with onions and sometype of honey mustard sauce I did not ask for!! I requested a large ?market fresh? original lemonade with lite ice, I got a fullcup of ice with fluid an inch from the top of the cup, when I asked for the drink to be corrected the guy refused! We ordered online and discovered items were missing when we got home. I called to see about getting a refund for the missing... items, but was told they couldn't do that and that I could make a trip back to the store to pick up the missing items. I said ifwe have to make a trip all the way back that I would want a refund in addition to the missing items. The employee startedtalking about how he had been working 14 hours and since I came at him rudely that he wasn't going to do anything for me. Iasked his name and he hung up on me. I then called the Arby's corporate customer service line and whoever I spoke with said hewasn't going to assist me and hung up when I asked his name. I don't understand how it's considered "rude" when you ask for acompany to make an error on their end right. I didn't raise my voice, use profanities or name call. Read more
