LOVE THIS PLACE! They are always friendly & let you know what deals they have going on. They press sandwich?s & cook fresh to... order hot food. And the condiments are always stocked! They also have SLURPEE MACHINES THAT WORK ALMOST 24/7! Unlike a lot ofother 7-11?s where there?s only one flavor working it seems almost all the time, they also have a great variety of flavors! Staff is nice. Gas prices are usually decent easy location not crowded. I go here for drinks occasionally there?s a pretty good... selection of drinks, snacks, souvenirs, etc. Read more
The store is very clean with great service. There is one associate i would like to say made my day. Her name is Shanice. There... was a female customer that was be harrassed by a older male and Shanice was able to see the discomfort with the female and wasable to defuse the situation before it esculated. I dunno if Shanice is a Manager but she is deffenitly knows the keysleadership and customer service. Read more
I visit this store often. They have a brand new bathroom. This week I have been there every day. The bathroom has neither been... swept or cleaned. Poop all over tolliet. No hand soap no tolliet tissue. So when the employees use bathroom how do they washtheir hands.i told the girl there was no soap she ignored me continue talk on her cell phone. They told one of our workers theycan't throw grilled food out . There not allowed by cooperate. Read more

I stopped at this 7-11 for gas at 8:45 am, one of the 4 pumps had a bag over the handle, so I assumed the other 3 were... operational. I tried a second pump and it did not work also. So I went into the store to ask the person working, (James) ifall the pumps were all down. He told me that only pump 3 was down. Well pump 1 had the bag, I was attempting to get gas frompump 3, no sign, no bag, but it was non responsive. So as I left to try another pump. he made the comment "I guess he can'tread". what he didn't realize is that my wife was in line at the time. This is not the first time we have had problems withthis person, so after finding out, from another store, the owner's phone number so that I can let them know about the poorcustomer service, and the fact he insults customers with people in the store. After contacting "Charlette" about my complaint,she was more concerned about how I got her number, than the insult I received from her employee, then abruptly hung up on me. No apology, no I'll look into it, she just hung up. So as a regular customer of this store, (average $250 per month spent ongas, drinks and other items), I will NEVER stop at this store or any others run by Charlette again. Poor ownership, customerservice and all the drug addicts who hand out there, I'll drive to the mainland for gas now. Read more
