We took a road trip, decided to stop at DQ for food and I'm SO GLAD WE DID. Our alternator went out and we were 5.5 hours from... home. This lady (Joy) called her husband and had him come help us. Even after her shift, she stayed with us to make sure we wereall set! Jackie, (I think was her name) gave us reccomendations for hotels nearby. She even stayed later to let us use therestroom before they locked up, and made sure we were good before turning out the overhead lights! Could not ask for betterhospitality, given our situation. Great food, but be prepared to wait awhile after you order in drive thru or inside. Other than that. The parking lot is a... little hard to get in and out during rush hour. Read more

Visited DQ in Dayton 8/3 8:29 pm. One car ahead of us. Pulled up to order. Ordered a blizzard with hot fudge, caramel and... pretzels. Husband repeated order 3 times with never getting it right either last time she was thinking we wanted a float.Jacqueline is on the receipt. Husband Ordered again. Had to repeat it 3 times. It was rung up as 1 med blizzard pb cup and wewere charged .69 for hot fudge, .69 for caramel. What I received was a med blizzard with soft serve and caramel. Nothing elsefor $6.20. Incompetence. Waited in line for 15 min with 1 car in front of us. Order Reece?s extreme and wanted 2 Georgia Mud Fudge blizzards. The lady... had never herd of it. And could not make it and was rude about it also. That is one of DQ?s most popular blizzards. So we leftwithout anything!!!!! Read more
