Many of the products I have looked for are not in stock. I stopped this morning just to clean my windshield and none of the... reservoirs had any paper towels in them with only a couple of inches of water in the bottom. My first visit there a couple ofweeks ago I tried to redeem a coupon for free pizza was told that site does not have pizza and never will. Then tried to redeemthe coupon for the free hot dog but they had none on the rollers. Management simply said "Sorry about that, have a nice day"..and proceeded to take her clipboard and walk away. Cashiers are rude and unprofessional needs new staff even when the store is brand new. It?s sad how bad the cashiers are!

Do not work for them. They hire you knowing what you can and cannot work and make up excuses for you not to be an employee.

An item had a price on the rack, went to register and rang up for more. Told associate (said she was an assistant manager) at... register and she said there had been a price change to alot of items but she hadn't gotten around to update the price. I askedher to honor the price for item on the shelf since it is what was advertised and she refused. She was very rude and told me notto buy it if we didn't like the price. I asked her to speak to a manager and she said the GM was behind her but AM refused toget the GM to talk to us. We took pictures of the item and she walked over leaving her job at the register and immediatelychanged it even though she said she had been too busy to take care of it prior. There were other people in the store who neededher assistance and she left the register to the GM that was too busy doing something else behind the counter. The price increasewas $5 more which is way too much of an increase to begin with. She was not doing her job by keeping up with price changes anddid not honor the listed price which is false advertising. I wonder if forwarding this complaint to the TX Attorney Generalwould cost more than honoring the $5.40 (tax included) price difference. I suggested she honor the price a 2nd time and sherefused again. Extremely upset since I've visited this location many times in the past. Read more

Wasn't one of their best stores and was only made worse when 7-Eleven bought them out. Lost a loyal customer.

The only station with E85 near me, but atleast 50% of the time the card reader or the nozzles are broken or out of service... forcing you to pay inside or not be able to get fuel at all. Today I tried 3 different pumps, all 3 card readers were down andafter paying inside then 2 different nozzles/pumps were found to be broken which forced me to drive further out of my way forE85. I've never had a fuel quality issue just customer service/equipment reliability is very poor. Read more

Every time I go in this store the ppl working there are taking about how much they "party" or how funny looking the customers... are. Then if there "friends" are in line they will allow them to go in front of everyone else in line. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACKTO THIS STORE!!! Read more
