Not too bad! Cheese dip was burned, and made everything taste burned. We told them before we got our order, so they could fix... the issue, but they must have not changed it before serving our food, because it ruined every meal at the table! I wanted somuch for this to be better, but, by NOT listing to the customer and ultimately not checking the cheese, it cost them an okreview! Delia's is still my favorite! Read more

My wife and I eat out quite a bit and we like good food of many types. To get good Mexican cuisine, it take a genuine, family... owned and operated approach to meet, and even exceed, expectations. El Toro is just such a place. Having dined there a halfdozen times now, I can tell you that we have never been disappointed. Went to get our food and as I was eating my grande bowl I raked my for across the onions and found a sponge that was cut like it... was diced up in a perfect shape of a diamond it almost looked like a crouton at first. I took my fork and jabbed it and nothinghappened so I picked it up with my fingers and it was a part of a sponge. I went to El Toro and showed them the part of asponge in my food. Owner Carlos stated they don't use sponges and they won't refund or replace my food. He also stated thatthey didn't do it and wanted to know why I put it in there. I don't own a sponge. I said so what are you gonna do with this hesaid I'm not doing anything but your gonna take this with you and throw it away. I will never eat here again. No refund orreplacement on my food and basically called me a liar and accused me of putting part of a sponge in my food. Read more
