This would be a great place to start a fast food restaurant... Its gotten hilariously bad. I came here just to see if its been... my sh*tty luck. How is it possible that anything I order, theyre "out" of something or "its not ready yet"? I recently ordered asausage egg and cheese biscuit...out of biscuits. They offered to put it on a bun lol. I go back maybe week later, and order thesame thing...out of eggs. Last week I asked for a baked potato instead of fries....you guessed it...no potatoes. Still hadanother hour to cook. Its noon. Today I thought Id get a large chili and a loaded potato. Was I anticipating disappointment? Youbet. Did they deliver? Of course. ..."Our chili isnt ready". Truth be told, the potato probably wasnt either. Lol. What a mess.Im done wasting my time. Ive noticed the drive-thru is never busy during lunch anymore. Now I know why. Read more

One of the main Wendy?s i like to go to here in Dayton. Even though I have to go out of my way?this place always has the... freshest food. Not only that but the staff is super friendly. Especially the GM. She?s a sweetheart and works so hard!! Read more
Honestly came here expecting nothing more than two stars. I'm shocked it almost has four. On one of the rare occasions they even... have food at all, you'll be waiting in that line so long you'll want to just head to the McDonald's across the street. Theworkers are very kind and probably try their hardest but there has to be an issue that we just aren't seeing because thisWendy's is consistently terrible. Read more
It very sad they have you wait for your food. My kids meal was completely cold my meal it was so cold the cheese couldn't melt.... I believe Airway Wendy's has got worse over the last 3 years. Maybe get new management would be the key. Read more
We took a chance & tried this location again after several months of not coming for the same reason we experienced today. Food... was horrible - asked for fresh fries still received cold fries - our burgers wasn't even warm. Pop machine was broken so theymake your drink. Tables were dirty & womans restroom were disgusting - flies were flying over what looked like a week old oftrash in trash can. We will never come go back to Airway again. No receipt have called 20 × 2 talk to a manager cannot get ahold of no one my daughter's chicken nuggets were burnt to a crisp... my top bun was hard as a brick. Obviously had been sitting all day. The food is NEVER right! I just had to spend 20 minutes in the drive through after I got my order, because it was incorrect! The... front door was locked at 230 I'm the afternoon. I couldn't get a receipt with my cash order because the said they areconveniently out of paper. Usually this Wendy's only accepts cash orders, because their card machine is always down. I believethere's some shady stuff going on here!! Read more
