Placed my order in drive thru and it was wrong. Food was good, not what I ordered but it was good
Just spent 20 minutes in line. Only 2 cars ahead of me. Ordered 2 things. 6 PC nugget and large chocolate frosty. Paid 7.56.... After I paid was informed all they have is strawberry frosty. Don't want it. Only reason I stopped at all was for the chocolatefrosty. Do i want another drink. No. Girl looks at me like I had grown a third eye. Web order ?arrived and store was locked?.no one came to mobile order parking. So I walked up to drive through and was told come... inside bit door was locked ?so I was then told yo get in a 7 car line for drive through to pickup my mobile order which when Iarrived was not ready?. I love the new pretzel bun pub burger. Oh my goodness they are great. You can always get the drink you want at Wendy's.
Staff very inconsiderate and unprofessional. I know for a fact of I was like this at my job I wouldn't have a job (or I could go... work at this Wendy's). Foods always nasty definitely not up to par with other fast food places around my area. I just don'tunderstand how it is possible for a place like this to operate with the people they have and the food they serve. Aren't theythe most delicious biscuits and gravy you have ever seen? Waited ten minutes to get a drink refill because the machine had not been serviced. While waiting, an employee told the... customers to prevent more customers from entering the restaurant. Amazing. Read more
There is an issue everytime I go to this particular Wendy's. They seem to only take cash or mobile orders. The line takes quite... a while and the food has NOT been up to the high quality that one would expect from Wendy's! I love Wendy's but I avoid thislocation!???? Read more
Had to wait about ten minutes, but you know how that goes lately. Didn?t get my kid?s chili, but the manager put me ?in the... book?, to make it right. Everything else was accurate and kinda hot. Thanks for dinner?????? So, picked up more food, got 2chili?s for the previous missing one. My kid insisted I have the other?man it was delicious!
