Worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Every time I come here it's a long wait, even when it's not busy at all. I'm very understanding... and never rude, but this place is terrible. Don't go here unless you want to chance waiting half an hour for a basic order, andthat is not an exaggeration. Read more
They take really long to make the food but it could be cuz COVID. Hard to find people to work. And the customer don't realize... that and they are rude to the employees. It is a remodeled store, so it looked really nice. I used the app to order ahead but i dined in. My order was correct and kind... of quick. The lobby was empty and clean. The temperature of the food was as expected. This isn't a complaint per se because itkinda funny to me but the crew was pretty turned up (loud, colorful language, and cursing). Didn't bother me that day, but othercustomers might not feel the same way. If that type of atmosphere does not suit you, consider sticking to car-side pick-up ordrive-thru. Read more
My daughter and I ordered our food and the young lady was good fast and did it properly. She even dropped the orange juice that... fell on the ground and then offered us a brand new one. But anyway I got out the car and got the one that fell on the groundbecause of you know the orange juice list contained in a plastic bottle that is sealed. Read more
