Not impressed at all. Just got the Tim Horton's app. Will be deleting it. Yesterday the app removed the tip I had attached for... the driver. Today I ordered at 8:22am and at 9:30am app showing my product as delivered. No product. Card was charged. Store isnot answering their phone. Read more

I go through the drive thru here at least once a week, and it is always efficient. The staff is extremely friendly, and the food... is always good. They make the best iced capps than any other Tim Hortons in Dayton. I love this location and will continuecoming back! Read more
What is wrong the the donuts?! Our office has gotten some for the past 2 months and they taste awful. Literally all of them... have a funny taste. Not sure if ingredients are expired or if the donuts are absorbing a funky smell?! But yuck I never wantdonuts from here again. Read more
It was my first time at Tim Horton?s and I tried to the oreo capp and I must say I?m in love with that drink!! Totally loved it,... it?s my new favorite. I ordered it thru drive thru. There was not much of wait at drive thru line. The prices are fine. I woulddefinitely recommend this drink as it?s summer and this drink is perfect thirst quencher for coffee & Oreo lovers. Read more
If I could give this location a zero, I would. Front counter person although courteous, did nothing but stand there after our... order was taken and paid for (2 coffees and 2 croissants, not that hard of an order) there was no one in the coffee shop and westill waited almost 10 minutes for our coffee, no one seemed to want to make them or didn't know what we were waiting for. Veryunorganized, coffee was not that good, and when I mentioned I asked for 3 creams in my coffee, the counter person looked at meand said we can't take it back. Handed me cream, and said, the amounts are pre-measured. I'm fine with that, but it said 2creams on the lid, not 3, and secondly all they had to do was offer to fix it. The bathroom was dirty. You have a lot to learnfrom your Canadian counterparts. I would never visit this location again. Read more
