So we was waiting in line to long service is very poor they too to long about got hit in the parking lot by a old lady
I visited this Tim Horton's approximately 1130 am. The door was locked, I stood there for a moment and I could see 4 employees... inside. I headed back to my car and someone opened the door. Me and my wife went inside and the food and service was great.They were having trouble unlocking the door. I showed them how to unlock the door with the allen wrench they had and as we ate,other customer's that entered were having no issues with the door locking. We left and came back around 130pm to get my stepson something to eat and the door was again locked and I couldn't see anyone inside, not even through the drive thru. Do not order from here using a delivery app. Every single time I have ordered from here using a delivery app, they have messed... up my order. They literally do not care to read the instructions or the actual order for that matter. This is the 3 time I'veordered from an app and they messed it up every single time. For example today I ordered 2 bacon Egg and cheese bagels eachbeing $4.91....they sent me just the bagels. How is a bagel $4.91... they left out the bacon Egg and cheese. The last time Idrove there, their ice capp machine was down and I had pre ordered and paid on their app and went to pick up....the machine wasdown and I had to go back several days later to get it replaced because the app couldn't refund me for whatever reason.
