I have ordered from this restaurant 3 times on Uber Eats only to be let down because the sandwich I ordered was not what I... received. I tried again because the 3rd times a charm right... well the 3rd time, I even added a note to make sure certaintoppings were on the sandwich and paid for extra XTC sauce which I did not receive. Tonight was my first time I ordered and I used doordash, while my burger tasted fine, my fries tasted cold and a few like it was... not cooked all the way. I order one burger with only meat and cheese and it had everything. My receipt showed how it was orderedbut that not how I got it and no drink that was supposed to come with my combo. If I could give a zero I would. The food is never correct. I asked for a classic burger with no tomato no onion. It came as a... cheese burger. I have ordered thru door dash 5 times for this company I want to try the FULL Product and every order is wrong.This is ridiculous. Took more than an hour and our order was wrong. Got my burger without a bun, wrapped it in a normal burger wrapper that adhered... to the cheese. Fries came in a box so I know there was another option! Definitely avoid Read more

We ordered 2 combo meals we received only 1 child size drink when there supposed to be 2 22oz drink the meals. Both meals were... ice cold and tasted horrible. This was our 1st time ordering from here and man we're we let down! My husband did not get his caramelized onions that he paid... extra for... my kids did not get cheese on their burgers that we ordered....we ordered a LG Cajun fries, a LG parm garlic fries,and a small reg fry...instead we got 3 small plain cold soggy fries. And to top it off, the burgers tasted so processed and likethey took them out of the freezer and tossed em in the microwave. Will NOT order from there again. Read more

I ordered this place for the 1st time from Uber.. the order was delivered over an hour late../ not the drivers fault.... I... tried to cancel the order after 45 minutes ( no driver assigned) and they wanted to charge me almost 40$$$$!!! No way!!! So...the driver that I finally had was an amazing young man but... my food was nasty cold... and the sweet potato fries that areadvertised as waffle are just regular cold limp fries ... in my case...
