We tried to order multiple times from our home PC and it didn't seem to want to go through until it did. It was a mistake to... trust it. I tried to pick up our food and the door was locked. So I went through the drive through and they had no record of myorder. I was told that if I agreed to cancel it I wouldn't be charged. That was wrong too. I did get charged and now I'mtrying to get my money back for an order that was never fulfilled. If I could give this Taco Bell location less than one star Iwould. Read more
We have been Taco Bell fans for years and the inconsistency of the food quality is ridiculously disappointing. Each visit... results in a different made same item over and over, WHY!!! Isn't training part of burrito making 101?? I just placed a huge order for over 30 dollars and of course I did not get my all of my food. Not only that but the woman in the... window was extremely rude and when I called them to see what we could do about it I was told because I wasn't given a recitethere was nothing they could do. I asked for corporates number and was told they did not have it and I was hung up on!!! I wouldNEVER recommend I didn't even eat the food I bought because I was completely disgusted by my treatment. If I could give a negative star I would. This location is absolutely horrible and very rude when you bring up anything that is... wrong with order. My Cheddar Chalupas are not cheddar they are regular and has no filling at all in both. My 8 dollar doublesteak burrito has very little steak in it. I have taken 4 bites without steak and multiple bites with very little. Prices keepgoing up there but the service and quality is absolutely going down. I guess I was annoying the individual at the drive thru line because I was receiving a lot of attitude when I didn't realize... there was more than 1 size for the meal I ordered. I told them I didn't appreciate it, that I didn't go to Taco Bell often, andcould make that happen a lot. After a long pause they asked if there was anything else. I ordered a 3rd meal and out came theattitude. I said "you win" and drove off. As I do not go to Taco Bell often not returning will not affect them much.
