The food was great. We were in line but we got through pretty fast. About 10 minutes tops.
This location is not friendly for Healthcare professionals in the field. I had already worked 16 hours, had more work to do.... Last time I had anything to eat was 10 hours earlier. I sat in line only to be told this restaurant would only take door dashorders. People were in front of me and behind me so I couldn't leave. I had to sit in a line and not get any food. I understandworker shortage, we have 1 nurse for every 5 positions, that is why we are worningb16 and 20 hours straight. All we want is tobe able to get a little something to eat and we are told no. Spent $45 last night for a delivery. Never received our food. Our door dash driver was on the phone with us while the lady in... the drive thru was yelling at her saying they didn?t have nacho fries that was with our order, our door dash drive told herthat?s fine we would still like the rest of the food, the worker then stated that they didn?t have our mobile order. Which theydid because she knew what we had ordered. So long story short, never received any food, they stole the $45 from us, disconnectedtheir phones. This was all 2 hours before closing. This place has turned very ghetto and lazy, it?s sad. Don?t go here, theywill literally steal your money. Read more
Drive thru is very slow, the workers were and usually are very nice but the food is always a let down. I get that it's fast... food, I've worked in the industry before but come on you can tell when people are lacking pride. My husband ordered 3 chalupas,none of them edible because the shell was hard as a rock on all 3. I got the grilled cheese burrito and not one time out of the10+ times I've gotten it has it been made correctly. I will drive the extra miles to brown st. Almost every time you get tacos, they are advertised as crunchy tacos but they are not, they lie, because the bottom Half, where... the meat is, is soggy. Soggy bottom tacos, nobody cares for. That's why I don't hardly order them much. They might as wellcall them soggy bottom tacos, because that's how they come most of the time. What's up with that taco bell. I think thegeneral manager needs to know this, I hope they see this, because it is true. Read more
Went through the drive through after work. Workers there are always polite and I enjoy visiting this location. When i got home... my order was missing 2 items. Normally, I?d just let it go but it wasn?t my part of the order, so I called. Kyle told me noissue come on back and say I spoke to him and they?d take care of it. They added item to the order I didn't want. My nochos was loaded with 18+ jalopino peppers. I didn't ask for any. I only... received Half the price on my refund. The customer always get screwed. Read more
