Not much to say. Its a Taco Bell like any other. Underpaid and overworked staff. Great customer service! One of the better ones.... They know how to move those cars out quick. ???? A staple of the Belmont area restaurants ????... there's not much else. Read more

Terrible. Just terrible. Lady kept trying to sell me a 5.99 combo for 8.00, I was trying to buy two combos so this added total... to 4$ extra and unexplained. I walked out of the place I was NOT gonna pay for that. She tried to tell me the 4$ was tax. HAH! Read more

I mean... It's Taco Bell. But I go to this one (because it's closest to my place) but also because the people there have always... been genuine and I always reciprocate that back. I just had a crunchwrap supreme and I had to google if crunchwrap supremes still contain beef because mine had zero beef in it.... for the insane cost of a crunchwrap I woud expect it to not just be loaded with lettuce. I am really dissapointed because I veryrarely eat fast food. Read more

Worst experience I ever came across! I overheard the dark hair bigger lady SCREAM YELL at the top of their lungs at a customer... who was just waiting for almost half an hour for someone to help him to see if his order was done or not. Apparently the orderwas behind the counter the whole time sitting there getting cold, and the customer asked politely if they could remake it sinceit's been so long it's cold, no problem if not. The lady was super hostile, unprofessional, and rude that the rest of us whooverheard just find it scary and awkward. She should be fired or placed on leave until she gets professional mental angermanagement help or something. I left. Read more

Hey taco Bell. I'm not normally one to complain or go out of my way to write a review but I just experienced some of the worst... customer service and worst quality I have been served. First off, I didn't receive a receipt. Secondly, I didn't receive my 1cent back. I gave the person at the window, who also wasn't in uniform at all a $20 bill and 45 cents. The total was 14.44 anddidn't receive my 1 cent back. It's not even about the penny. I'd the facts the didn't ask me if I wanted it and that's is veryunprofessional and I'm sure you could get in trouble for that. Thirdly, ordered 2 baja blasts and received a water at firstbefore I corrected his mistake. Fourthly, my Doritos loco tacos came with lettuce and I ordered it without. Again not that bigof a deal but a lack of attention to detail from the workers and they also didn't come with a holder for the tacos either. Verydisappointed with the staff working tonight. Read more
