My Favorite Place. They make my drinks look like my dreams.
The Manager handled herself VERY well. COMPASION PLAYED OUT. I was buying a homeless person a coffee. Offered food as well.... While standing in line I recognized the pungent smell sleeping on the street can bring. I had not noticed it outside. It wasn'tthe worst! There were some nose snuff looks while we stood in line. We ordered and the clerk was very Respectful. My pretentiousdrink arrived but the simple black coffee was missing. I waited, and waited, and waited. Many other pretentious drinks rolledoff yet no black coffee. Eventually the homeless person leaned against the counter. I prayed the coffee would hit the counter.Nope! The manager approached her politely to talk with her "away" from the counter. In an effort to "stand up" for the homelessperson, both to the manager and the other patrons, all of whom were being respectful, but obviously everyone's "kindness" andpatience were falling, I assertively said" all you have to do is make her coffee, I bought her a black coffee!" The Managerresponded Suberb! She walked away asked me my name went back to work with her team. I then personally asked the lady to stepaway from leaning on the counter. It was brash and she complied. The "elusive" black coffee finally appeared and "grace" was thehighlight! I truly appreciated the managers tact, polite approach, and perhaps some patrons felt grace today as well. COMPASIONsometimes comes at a price. Read more
Great atmosphere and coffee!
I usually like this Starbucks but I went to order me and my girlfriend drinks and she had questions about a drink she had never... had before and the guy making her drink was quite rude to her. She kept apologizing which upset me because he should have beenthen one apologizing not her so she turned around and looked the other way because he made her so uncomfortable ???? Read more

This Starbucks has been my go to for years. I will say during school sessions you most definitely need to utilize the mobile... ordering function. Also wanted to give a huge shoutout to all the staff and workers. They have been understaffed for about ayear and have continued to pop out amazing service. I have witnessed this full heartedly when I saw them being yelled at by acustomer for the most random mistake that they fixed no questions asked. Love this one. Easy in and easy out. Read more

They're fine just PLEASE read the mobile orders. I've gotten a couple orders wrong and I of course don't have time to get it... fixed. I pay for the drink I just want it made right. Read more
