Nobody greeted me or even looked at me when I walked into the store. One of the store managers (maybe owners), looked a bit... irritated and just unhappy. Order took extra long because the system was running slow. I?m not surprised this is one of thelowest rated Starbucks in the area. Read more

Many customers that were in the store were left to sit there for over half an hour while they filled the drive thru orders one... after another. It was literally ridiculous. Several other customers asked for a refund. If the drive thru is going to takepriority - you could at least close the lobby or make the walk in customers aware they might get their coffee at some pointwithin the hour and give them the choice to wait or no. I only walked in because my family parked to go to Jimmy John?s nextdoor. This Starbucks has notoriously been the worst in the Dayton area - unfortunately it is right on the way to my destinationseveral months a year and I cringe every time I walk into it. The Starbucks cafes in the Krogers are 50x better and are alwaysshort staffed with only one or two people . This location had 7 people!!! SEVEN and still struggled.
