I stopped in and ordered a bbq pulled pork sandwich, green beans and fries. The pulled pork sandwich and the green beans were... pretty excellent. The fries were undercooked. I?ll definitely be going again but I will be sure to ask that the fries are donemore. They have a decent sized parking lot too, so parking is not an issue at all! Read more
Great customer service. The baked beans were delicious. I ordered Pulled Pork plate with two sides (Cole slaw and baked beans).... The cashier/server and manager were awesome. I look forward to eat at this BBQ business again. Read more
This place is the real deal! The loaded fries were.. Perfect. Massive chunks of braised beef, the right amount of sides, onions... thick cut fries, topped off with creamy cheesy goodness. Oh, yeah, and two of us had trouble finishing one takeout portion..(did I already say perfect?) This place used to be great!! The best around! I don't know if it's under new ownership but it's just alright. Nothing special... about this place anymore. Smokin Bar-B-Que is a hidden gem in the Gem City. The food is very very good. Had the burger with burnt ends and my goodness it... was good. They do a really good job here making sure everyone is taken care. Only thing I would say is that when they weremaking the chips is to do less chips so they can cook evenly. I've been working here since August 2005, but left for a few yrs and started back in 2010 and I've been here since then. Love my... costumers that are dedicated to this place.
