I called the store and placed an order last night for a large pepperoni with half sausage pizza. Female that answered the phone... read the order back but got part of it incorrect so when I corrected her she became very combative cursed at me and was veryrude. I thought about it and recalled the store and asked for the manager and she became immediately combative because sherecognized the number and started cussing me and was just way way out of line couldn?t believe the rudeness I almost canceledthe order. Won?t make the mistake of calling that store ever again we?ve been in this area for all of our lives and never hadan issue like that. Every time I work in that area I have to have a small pepperoni at Ron's. Always perfect. I've been going there since the 1990s.
If I hadn't noticed that the person on the phone said the price would be "$XX cash" and inquired as to why he said "cash," I... would not have been told they charge a service charge to pay with a credit card. After asking I was told they charge "0.3%, soit's hardly anything." When I was actually charged it was ten times greater at 3%. So first they try not to tell me, and thenthey lie about the percentage (or are too stupid to know how math works). Be warned. Deceptive practices do not make up forsemi-decent pizza. If you grew up with Ron's and like it then go to the Miamisburg store. Their quality is far superior to thisstore and well worth the drive. Read more
I ordered an Italian steak sandwich and salad from Ron's. The sandwich was inedible. The meat was very dry and very hard. I... called to tell them and to ask them to send a different sandwich or give me credit but the manager said he couldn't do thatbecause that would be like giving me a sandwich free. I told him I didn't want another Italian steak because it would be thesame and my Chihuahua couldn't even chew the bite I gave her. He said if she ate it how could I send it back. I told him shedid not eat it...she couldn't and I still had the whole sandwich. to give back. H very rudely said what do you want me to do. All he could do was send another one which would be inedible also. He said that's all I can do and I have two people on hold toattend to I and I said this is what I figured would happen. H e hung up. Well after ordering Pizza here for over 30 yrs the manager told me they dont deliver to my location,then started a word war with... me about where they deliver. I stated you delivered here last week. Also trying to support my small pizza place. Wow sorry Ron'swe will move on........ Read more
Absolutely the best pizza I've had in a very long time! The toppings tasted fresh and the crust was flavorful! It wasn't mushy... like most places pizza gets! Highly recommended and we will definitely be ordering from here more frequently! Read more
