We used to get custard here weekly but they have really been struggling lately. We ordered a few glaciers today and they gave me... the wrong one. The car line was huge so I tried to go up to the window (which was closed). Employees looked at me like I was analien. We will go to DQ fr now on. Read more

There has been something wrong with my last 4 orders in a row, from being out of specific flavors to orders being made... incorrectly. I had to turn around and go back for them to fix my last order, no apologies but lots of teen spirit behind theglass. It might help if the teens has some (responsibe) adult supervision. Every time we visit they are out of cherries for the sundaes. It's been all summer. Also there is an extremely small amount of... hot fudge sauce on a sundae; probably other things as well. If you want extra, because there's so little, there is anadditional charge. Finished with Ritter's. Will be going elsewhere. They have had enough chances to correct their issues. Read more

Excellent ice-cream stand with delicious rootbeer floats. When the weather is nice it has plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy... your frozen treat along with some pleasant weather. If you don't care to stop and eat here they also offer drive thru service. Read more

We love Ritter's. Kettering is our "home" location. The staff is friendly and fast. We really like the frozen custard.. but we... get the Italian ice most often... cherry bomb, blue razz and grape are out top choices. Read more
