The Big Buford burger may be the best burger I've had in a long time. The fries are my absolute favorite. The Fry-Seasoned... Tenders are really good, but kind of expensive for what they are. The service is definitely hit or miss whether we are going toget a nice person or rude person. Definitely mediocre service overall. Read more
Ordered 2 large fries, large coke, and a large sprite. Pull up to window and pay then get my fries. Window closes. Waiting on... drinks. Window opens and woman says " What do you want now!" So I say my two drinks I payed for. She looks up at screen, getsmad and makes drinks. Opens window and hands drinks over rudely. So I grab drinks with lids halfway on and leave. Also would give no stars if possible, put an online order in, said it was ready for pickup at 11:43pm last night on 7/13/22,... pull up at 11:42 and the lights and everything was shut off, whole store was closed before their "closing" time that's posted. Ihighly recommend editted your hours on Google to what time the store actually closes. Then we couldn't figure out how to cancelthe order, so we went back today (7/14) to the store as soon as they opened and asked for a refund which of course they didn'twant to, said we had to call a 1-800 number, so we asked if we could just have the order instead, and they didn't even want todo that! Lady said "it's a more than $20 order, so we don't know If you got refunded or not" so we argued with her for a fewminutes before she called the gm who I guess was the closing manager on 7/13, and then he supposedly said his last order was at11:50pm and we were like YEAH RIGHT !! He straight up lied ! We were there at 11:42, and NO ONE was there. We sat in thedrive-thru trying to figure out how to refund our order, in a red 2 door honda if you have cameras, check them! Finally the GMjust said give them the order, so we at least got the food. And the lady makes the comment "oh well ain't my store anymore" soidk if she was a previous manager or what. June 15th visit...Daayaaam! Fast, curteous, hot and FRESH. This is a hidden gem. Youve GOT to stop here if you want the best... burger and fries...and thats the result of a great crew. All of these fast food places have the same equpiment and potential.Its the people. You guys ROCK. We end up at this location randomly. Every time we have gone through the drive thru, the serviceis prompt and courteous, and the food always fresh and hot. Great crew, great food. Read more
