I had a big order of 6 pizzas today. My pick up time was 2:00 pm. Even though they were about 30 min behind schedule, the... manager on shift (lady) and her only crew member (man) were quick to get my order completed. With it only being two people inthe store, they were amazing. The manager kept apologizing and I told her and her only crew member that it's completelyunderstandable and that they were doing an amazing job. Not just with my order but with keeping up with others. Right now theindustry is struggling but they managed to push through today. As I am a former Assistant Manager at a restaurant - (Her and Iconversated a minute) What really made me happy was that as a manager she said she would rather have great quality in the pizzasthey make and be a tad late than to have low quality of food and be ready early. Ordered online around 1:48 PM, around 3:30 I called the restaurant and could never get through. The call system would take me... back to the start when I pressed 2 to speak to the store. I drove up to the pizza hut at 4:00 and they hadn't started making anyof my food and there were other disgruntled customers saying the same things.
