I called to order ended up speaking with a call center the lady couldn?t even understand what I was ordering then she put my... order in wrong. I called the store spoke with the manager who was super customer oriented and offed to either replace or give acredit to me. I?m only giving 5 stars for the manager whom handled the situation correctly. Please to the big corporate big wigswho don?t understand what customers go through get rid of the idiots taking your orders whom have probably never had your pizza. Read more
Consistent, fast and friendly. Never had a bad pizza. I did have a order mishap, but it was easily fixed. A++
Ordered the NY style pie as I?m from New York and love that?s type of pizza. I ordered it for pick up and when I arrived it was... ready. The pizza was very good, not as good as the authentic thing by a long shot but still god for Ohio and a nationalfranchise place. Read more
I swear this location must not ever clean their ovens or pizza screens or something. EVERY time I order from here (the location... that delivers to me) the pizza is always super dark brown like darker than cardboard. And it just makes it take bleck. I orderand pick up from Kettering, Beavercreek, and Airway and never have the problem?all cooked perfect light Golden brown tan. Andit?s not like the top of the pizza looks overcooked, just the crust. Please get this fixed so I can order delivery again. Read more

If you place an order through the call center not directly through the store itself, you will pay way more than the actual price... at the store. Its a dame shame how Papa John scam Its customers. This review is not a this particular store where I pickup mypizza. They were great at explaining the price difference in the prices. Read more
