Will never order from Panera again, Sausage & Pepperoni Flatbread Pizza had no sausage on it, Toasted Steak & White Cheddar... with extra meat, had what I would consider half the meat the normal sandwich had no onion or cheese on it, just little meat andhorseradish. Disappointed. Make your own iced coffee using hot coffee waters it down. Breakfast wraps were not flavorful. Missing part of the... order...glad we checked before we drove off. When soup is the best feature of a sandwich shop, I think it is time to pack it upand go home. Read more
We had lunch around 11:45am July 3, 2022. Ordered two Greek Salads and one cup of broccoli cheddar soup. The staff at the... location where you pick up your food was so unkind. First experience, I let them know I ordered extra olives and the guy saidyou have extra olives. I said can I please have some more? Not a nice response. Before ordering, my salad had the same amountof olives as my wife's salad who did not order extra lives. My wife was given a fork that was practical joke level bent wherethe little narrow fork part is. I would have taken a picture if I knew how rude the gal was going to be when my wife asked foranother fork. I guess we should have tried to bend it back in place. Read more
I actually really hate to leave this review as I have been a long time customer and would actually get food 2/3 times a week as... well as having a membership with them. Was my favorite place to eat and this location was the closest one. I haven?t beenfeeling well so my mom went to go pick us up some food today. When she got home she realized that they gave us the wrong soup.We even checked the receipt. No big deal! So she drove back back and instantly the employee said ?Isn?t that the right soup?very rudely. After another employee corrected her they took back the wrong soup and corrected it. My mom then kindly asked ifshe could get some sort of compensation for all the time it took and having to drive all the way back. Apparently the managerwas busy because only the employees would talk to her but they relayed that the manager said her compensation would be the cupof soup she had already paid for. Listen I understand having a bad day. I?m a veterinary assistant so I have stressful days allthe time however they continued to smile at her as she drove away even when she said that they had lost a customer. Who doesthat!?!? She was very calm and they took advantage of that and decided to be rude. Will never ever go back to this location.Same thing happened last year and they refunded us for our meal. I mean we would?ve been happy with a coupon or even an apology.Horrible horrible horrible customer service. Really went downhill guys. Super disappointed. Even though I waited 20 minutes completely unnoticed by staff who were in the kitchen goofing off, when I finally was served,... the food was perfect. Delicious, warm, and filling. Management needs to install better takeout procedures here. All I ordered was a coffee and had to wait 15 minutes for a single... van infringe of us. If you?re food is going to take a while to prepare, have the person pull up and bring it out to them insteadof making everyone else wait. Read more
This is your typical Panera bread. They regularly get our order correct and are fast, efficient, and friendly. The drive-through... and counter service are equally good. They are also taking social distancing seriously, so that helps if you feel like diningin. Read more
