Great service! No wait food was fresh and prompt. Met all my expectations for this meal! Really good bang for your buck!
Went today and arrived at 11am when they opened, so we were the first and only ones there for about 10 minutes. First thing I... did was went to ladies restroom before sitting at our booth and it was NASTY with toilet paper on the floor in 2 of the 3stalls, which means the restrooms weren't cleaned the night before or even that morning before opening. The trash can betweenthe sink had used paper towels hanging out of it. Also, I ordered a medium well burger for lunch along with a salad. The burgerwas well done, seasonless, and the tomatoe on it was thicker than the meat. The bottom of the bun also tasted stale and theburger wasn't really hot, it was more like room temperature....Needless to say, I didn't like my food at all however, I did eatthe salad. I told the server the burger was over cooked and she offered to have it re-made and I told her no thanks. She toldthe manager who also offered to re-make it and informed me it wasn't a problem to do so and I told her no, but thanks foroffering. My husband ordered chicken wings, which he said were good, but they were very very small. He said he would not orderthem again because they're too small for the price. I hadn't been in a long time and pondered about going but, I'm glad i did. My chicken wings were delicious and my steak was... cooked to perfection. It even reheated well two days later. Our server was very nice and we had an overall great experience. I forgot to take pics except for a few wings....ugh...oh yes... the blue cheese was some of the best I've ever tasted. Read more
First time at an Outback in a long time. Didn?t realize they had such an extensive gluten free menu which has limited my wife?s... dining options greatly the last two years. We were told to expect a 40-45 minute wait. We were seated in just over 20. Ourserver Madeline was very attentive even having multiple tables to juggle. Food was amazing and came out quickly. My wife said itwas the first good restaurant prepared steak she?s had in a long time. Gluten free brownie dessert was great too. We will beback. Read more
What's the point in a mask if every servers wears it under their chin. I recently completed chemotherapy and wish employers... would enforce the rules they set, especially safety procedures for customers. Men's room had no paper towels, wife said women'sroom had toilet paper everywhere. It wasn't that busy, only a handful of tables, why can't employees do the bare minimum for therestaurant. Half a dozen tables were left dirty during our whole meal. Pictured you see three people serving customers in onephoto, none actually wearing the mask hanging on their face, plus at least one table that's been dirty since we arrived and weare about to get the check. When you spend 40$ on one meal, one would expect the food to be pretty good. Unfortunately for me, that wasn't the case! Steak... was undercooked in the middle and over cooked on the edges. Steak was also full of fat and definitely not worth 30$. Fries werecold like they were cooked long before the steak. The services was fast and the people were nice, only reason for two stars.Definitely won't be returning. Read more
I got the wings and fries on the appetizer menu. Mild wings with ranch. They were good. Fries were okay but I felt like they... just slapped fries on a plate and added cheese. They were all stuck together. I also asked to not have bacon on my fries. Read more
