Absolutely 5 stars for customer service, food preparation for takeout. Placed a large family meal on line. Set the time for... pickup. The order was ready on time when arriving at home the food was perfect lasagna was hot with the soup and bread sticks.The salad was cold. They where very generous with plasticware and utensils. We had a 10-15 minute wait at the door. But once we were inside and seated. Receive our menus and before you knew it we had our... drinks and our salads which were good and fresh as well as the breadsticks. Our waiter was on time with refills and the food weordered was very full. No complaints from me. Read more
Jesus helped us tonight 10.25.22 and he was so kind. We came in 30 minutes till close hoping to be able to place a to go order.... (I have an allergy and limits my ability to eat at a lot of places.) Despite everyone cleaning up and ready to go home we weregreeted with a warm smile and an apology for having to stand there for a minute. He was patient as I looked over the menu. Hewent above and beyond handing us our food directly and wishing us a great night. Olive Garden should be proud to have anemployee like him. He made my night! Read more
