My husband and I come to this O?Charley?s almost every Friday night and sit at the bar or in the bar area. We always have the... best service and, the bartender, Clare, is the best! She?s very attentive and friendly and has a great and professionalattitude! All the other servers, helpers and, managers are great as well! The food is great! I like to mix it up and try newthings. Everything usually tastes pretty good although, I do have my favorites. Their entree salads are really big and veryfilling. I love their fairly new ?loaded Mac and cheese ? and their steaks! Disappointed with the service we received last night. The restaurant wasn?t very busy but the server never checked on us after... bringing us our drink order. We weren?t offered more rolls after the initial basket and our order took an hour to come out oncewe ordered. The staff appeared to be having a meeting right on the floor while nobody appeared to be checking in on their otherguests. Then the food came out and the tenders were well below the typical quality you would expect. Very unhappy with theoverall experience and it makes it very unlikely that I?d choose them again in the future. Read more
Not that it will matter to whoever is in charge of responding to these reviews, I just want to say that this restaurant has the... WORST customer service I have ever experienced. My family of 5 was seated at a table for over 20 minutes waiting to be at thevery least acknowledged that we were in the building while two tables that were seated after us were greeted and served drinks.Once again I know nothing can be done because they don't know who I am ( that would involve SPEAKING to me) but I just want tosay that I will never go to this dump ever again. My family of 5 went to this restaurant and didn't get bad service... we just didn't get ANY service. Had about 3 servers walk... past us and look at us, but couldn't be bothered to stop by to serve us anything (not even drinks). To make things worse, agroup of 4 came in after us and got served immediately. Then it got even better, about a group of 6 came in 20 minutes later andgot served right away. Horrible service on an already bad day. We were there 30 minutes just watching great service being givento the tables around us. Would have been nice to have been provided service at all. Had dinner on a Thursday, service was slow, I don't know how busy our server was, didn't seem too busy to me though. We waited... forever for our drinks and we couldn't get our appetizer order in until we were ready to order our meals. Food was ok, with theover all experience made it unimpressive though. ??????????? Would try again, but expectations would be low. Read more
Wasn't pleased with the food. It wasn't fresh or hot. The manager came to address the issue. But I do understand the waitress... was new. She was a bit nervous and she should have been helped a little more. Especially cause they were getting a tad bit busy.Waitress please make sure the order is correct. Repeat it please. Read more
Hostess was great and provided fantastic customer service. I brought my 4 yr old granddaughter. She became buddies with the... hostess who showed us to our seats. Our server, Chloe was very nice. She checked on us throughout our visit. The food was freshand hot. Prices are affordable for a family, especially kids meals. I forgot to ask if they offer military discounts. Read more
Ordered steak and chicken. Steak was tough and over done. Exchanges steak came out mooring raw exchange for chicken wS better.... Waitress was not very good got the 14.99 meal combo. Was not good at refilling drinks I ordered three 1.99 blackberry cobblersto go and they weren't even half full containers I didn't get my money worth and on top of that it was my sister's birthdaydinner I also ordered the peach blackberry cobbler with ice-cream she didn't tell me it was 5.99 instead of the 1.99 her namewas Michelle A.
