Service can be slow. Always training widow person, especially order and cash taker. Other window gives food and usually is mute,... the 2nd window will say anything to get rid of you or reassuring you in anyway by lies. As I'm sure you can figure out. Read more
I went through the drive thru today September/29/2022 around 2:30 pm. The girl at the first window was very nice and polite. I... get to the second window and the girl is instantly rude AF. Shoves my drinks in my face. I had ordered sweet tea. And it wasdefinitely unsweet tea. So I politely said this is unsweet I wanted sweet please. She goes "ugh and rolls her eyes" takes my teaand literally just hands the same thing back to me. Shoves my bag of food in my face too. The fries and big Mac bread was hardAF. I normally like this location, but I'm never coming back to this one. That girl at the second window ruined it!! If my childhadn't of been with me and crying and upset because I lost my patience with this little girl at the window. I would have wentthe hell off. She needs a reality check! I can understand if a customer gets rude with you maybe. But I wasn't at all anddefinitely didn't deserve the service I received there today!!! Get your employees in check! Read more
Several times now I've gone for just fries and ordered fresh, they come out withered and stale like leather skin. And last night... I ordered a large fry that tasted FOUL!!! Like something I have NEVER tasted before at any McDs ever. I've eaten some badbatches of fries before, not hot or dried out (like this place often gives me, I don't know why I keep going) but this wassomething else. Like they hadn't been storing the fries properly. I spit it back out and it had a terrible smell too, I almostthrew up. At first I thought maybe it was a single bad fry but nope, most of them were garbage and I just threw the rest away.The only way this makes sense is if they aren't storing food properly. It was disgusting. I hope someone else there on theevening of September 19th knows what I'm talking about. I don't usually write bad reviews. I get that most places are understaffed and people don't get paid enough to deal with hungry rude customers all day... but that was OUTRIGHT DISGUSTING ANDCONCERNING!!! Read more
