When this store was first remodeled, the workers and food quality were absolutely horrible. But for the past few months, the NEW... employees are always on point, not rude at all and the food is always hot and fresh no matter what time of day you come!! Pleasekeep it up guys, this is the only McDonald's around that doesn't rush you while you order, and doesn't make you feel like aburden for coming in!! You're awesome!! Read more
Terrible! I received my sandwich but not my drink. I sat in the parking lot, longer than I should have waiting for someone to... bring it out. I ended up going inside and asking about my carmel frappe with extra caramel. It was then given to me by one ofthe crew members. Had I not gone inside, I would have been late to work. Read more
Absolute trash. Waited for 45 minutes and never got my food. Flagged down someone from the kitchen and asked if my order may... have been forgotten Waited another ten minutes and never got a response. Walked out. This has to be the absolute worst McDonald's restaurant of the entire Dayton and surrounding areas. They do not get food to you... in a timely manner, the quality of the food is terrible. Usually cold and can tell it's been sat under the warmer for a longperiod. The managers are inconsiderate,and just plain rude if you have a complaint. They double charge your card often.Employees curse, and yell at one another very loudly through out the kitchen. All around disgusted experience every time. Whenthey built the new store they should have got all new employees and managers. This store needs to be managed better if they wantmy business. Read more
Worst Mc. Donalds ever! I honestly hate to have to say that. I overheard a manager say close the lobby so we can focus on drive... thru. Mind you the lobby was full of customers yet to even be greeted. They had plenty of staff so I was left to ponder wherethe chain broke? Read more

I worked here for a few days and had to go!!! They are serving really undercooked meet to you and your families!! The manager... Alex would not take responsibility and tried to put it on me and we had a few words in the lobby. Unacceptable for anyone!Please take your families to another location!!!
